Just finished:

I randomly downloaded this from my library app, Overdrive, and it was SO MUCH FUN. Part fantasy, part romance, part adventure... And, Samantha Shannon is only 22, so she wrote it when she was 20?! 19?! (And graduated from Oxford during the same period. I love smart girls!)  It's the first in a seven-book series and a great summer read. Andy Serkis's production company has optioned the series as well, so a movie is on the way :)

Just wanted to say hey and introduce myself..

I was born & raised in Chicago, but have lived in LA for a bunch of years now. I drink too much coffee. I have two dogs that I love more than most humans ;) That's me in a nutshell.

I also love TV, to cook/bake, to read, and anything beauty-related. If you like that stuff too, you'll probably like this blog.
